My journey - Film Director

Over the past decade, my creative journey has evolved across feature films, independent projects, branded storytelling, and broadcast environments — shaping a multidisciplinary foundation in writing, direction, and cinematic execution.

I began my career working across the Kannada and Telugu film industries, contributing to screenplay research, script development, and on-set execution in fast-paced production ecosystems. These early years sharpened my understanding of narrative structure, production logistics, and collaborative filmmaking.

At Rishab Shetty Films, I contributed during feature film development and pre-production phases, supporting screenplay analysis, character continuity, cross-department coordination, and structured planning processes. This phase strengthened my ability to approach storytelling not just creatively — but systemically.

As an independent Writer & Director with Ashwamedha Films, I led feature and short-form projects from concept to screen — managing research, screenplay development, shot design, and creative execution. These experiences refined my leadership on set and deepened my cinematic instincts.

Earlier in my journey, I directed a bilingual Kannada–Telugu narrative project at Annapurna Studios under Sai Production, leading a collaborative team and overseeing all aspects of storytelling and production execution.

My creative foundation also extends into advertising and broadcast content. At Radio Mirchi, I worked as a copywriter crafting high-impact radio commercials and brand-aligned scripts, blending audience psychology with concise storytelling.

Beyond film and advertising, I’ve explored songwriting, production, cinematography (BTS), and music composition — continuously expanding my understanding of how story, sound, and visual rhythm intersect.

This diverse body of work has shaped a hybrid creative perspective — one that bridges traditional filmmaking craft with structured creative systems, enabling me to approach storytelling with both artistic depth and strategic clarity.
